LPN LVN Career Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Providence Child Center. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the well-being of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an approved school for practical nurses.
  • Oregon Licensed Practical Nurse upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • 1 year of LPN experience.
