About the JobAs a Skilled LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
Requirements- Valid Nursing License in the State of Maine
- 2 years of experience in skilled care preferred
- Recent wound care experience
- Current CPR BLS Certification required
