Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Relationship Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with middle market and commercial customers, as well as managing and administering existing loan portfolios.

Key Responsibilities
  • Relationship Development: Develop and maintain relationships with middle market and commercial customers, identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing relationships.
  • Portfolio Management: Manage and administer existing loan portfolios, ensuring timely and accurate processing of loan applications and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
  • Negotiation and Sales: Negotiate approved terms and conditions with borrowers, cross-selling Bank products and services to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial statements and perform underwriting duties to ensure accurate credit risk assessment and loan approval.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of relationship managers and support staff, providing guidance and coaching to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of commercial lending and banking experience
  • Minimum of 10 years of direct portfolio management experience
  • Strong finance background and knowledge of Treasury, FX, and Derivative products
  • Proven sales track record and strong negotiation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in banking, finance, or related field
Compensation

The base pay range for this position is USD $120,000.00/Yr. - USD $200,000.00/Yr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
