Regulatory Banking Specialist

We're committed to creating a better world for our customers, people, investors, communities, and the planet. As a Regulatory Banking Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our relationship management team.

This role is part of our overall relationship team, providing key support to our valuable banking and wealth clients. You'll work closely with our Wealth Relationship Managers to deliver exceptional client experiences and increase their capacity to meet clients, address client needs, and conduct higher-value activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing high-quality sales support to individual or team of Wealth Relationship Managers
  • Reducing time spent on process and administrative tasks to increase capacity for client-facing activities
  • Liaising with support functions to follow through client purchase process requirements
  • Preparing and completing sales documents, managing data input, and report generation

Requirements include:

  • Registration or approval for registration with necessary states
  • Minimum three years working in financial services industry
  • Knowledge of brokerage products and services, operations, and pertinent regulations
  • Previous experience in Retail/Premier Bank sales preferred
  • Understanding of relationship management systems (CRM and RM Platform)
  • Foreign language skills, such as Mandarin and/or Cantonese
