At PT Solutions Physical Therapy, we are committed to providing exceptional patient care and service. As a Patient Services Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our clinicians in delivering research-driven treatments to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process insurance verifications and manage prior authorizations to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Reconcile patient payments and units billed while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
  • Obtain authorization and/or prior authorization for patient treatments.
  • Oversee over-the-counter collections and reconciliation of all charges on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Maintain relationships with patients, providers, clinicians, and internal operational departments.

Qualifications & Pay Range:

We require a High School or GED diploma, with a minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience (healthcare experience preferred). The pay range is $15 - $18 per hour, considering a wide range of compensation factors.

Schedule:

This is a full-time position, working Monday through Friday.
