Our Patient Services Coordinators work closely with patients, insurance providers, and medical professionals to ensure seamless scheduling and financial workflows. Daily tasks may include:

  • Processing insurance verifications and managing prior authorizations
  • Following up on physician referrals and maintaining relationships with patients and providers
  • Reconciling patient payments and units billed, while adhering to HIPAA guidelines
  • Obtaining authorization and prior authorization for patient treatments
  • Overseeing over-the-counter collections and reconciliation of all charges

As a Patient Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with patients, providers, clinicians, and internal operational departments. You will also be expected to:

  • Reconcile patient payments and units billed, while adhering to HIPAA guidelines
  • Follow appropriate processes for insurance verification and benefits management
  • Obtain authorization and prior authorization for patient treatments
  • Oversee over-the-counter collections and reconciliation of all charges

Qualifications & Pay Range:

PT Solutions requires a High School or GED diploma, with a minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience (experience with healthcare preferred). The pay range for this position is $15 - $18 per hour.

Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience, and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.

Schedule:

This is a full-time position, working Monday through Friday.
