Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and skilled CDL A Delivery Driver to join our team at Performance Food Group. As a CDL A Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering food and food-related products to restaurants throughout the country.
Responsibilities
- Deliver food and food-related products to restaurants in a safe and timely manner
- Operate a commercial vehicle and navigate through various routes and conditions
- Meet all State licensing and/or certification requirements
- Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check
- Pass road test and maintain a valid current DOT Health Card
- Hand-lift and utilize equipment to move and/or stack product cases/freight of varying size and weight
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED or state-approved equivalent
- Valid CDL A
- Meet all State licensing and/or certification requirements (where applicable)
- Must be 21 years of age
- Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for past 3 years
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years commercial driving experience
- Foodservice distribution industry experience
- Onboard computer and electronic log system experience
- Hand-held point of delivery scanning system experience
