- Competitive mileage pay: $0.69 to $0.81 per mile, plus additional incentives for short hauls and stops.
- Average weekly earnings: approximately $1,500.
- Monthly bonus: $0.06 per mile for exceeding 8,200 miles with no accidents and maintaining 7 MPG fuel efficiency.
- Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, 401(k), and PTO after 30 days.
- Training pay: $650 available for drivers with less than 6 months OTR/Regional experience.
- Education: Must have graduated from an accredited truck driving school with a minimum of 120 hours.
- Age: Minimum 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL.
- Driving record: Must have a clean driving record with no major accidents, serious tickets, or suspensions in the last 5 years.
- Employment history: Solid 10-year work history with no significant gaps outside of schooling or training.
- Background check: No DUIs, felonies, or misdemeanors within the last 5 years.
- Drug screening: Must pass both urine and hair pre-employment drug screens.
