About the Role

We are seeking a Patient Call Representative and Finance Assistant to help patients navigate the complex healthcare system. This full-time position involves answering multi-line telephone calls, resolving issues promptly, and providing administrative support to our Chief Financial Officer.

The successful candidate will have strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel, EPIC EMR, and Care Message. Bilingualism in Spanish and English is required, with two years' experience in a related field preferred.

The compensation starts at $22.00 per hour, increasing based on years of experience. Benefits include 4 weeks' vacation, health, dental, and vision insurance, a 403B retirement savings plan, employer retirement contribution, and pre-tax MBTA pass program with 40% discount. Additionally, eligible employees receive yearly increases, additional annual compensation for demonstrated bilingual proficiency, and the opportunity to work with local hospitals and community health centers.
