We are seeking a dedicated Marketing Coordinator to support our brokerage and regional marketing teams within a leading Commercial Real Estate firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the brokerage team to develop and implement marketing and public relations strategies, enhancing brand visibility and awareness.
  • Create compelling proposals and presentation materials using various software tools, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
  • Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Compile and organize complex documents for reports and presentations.
  • Manage commission recaps and deal sheets related to leasing transactions.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and conference calls to support Senior Brokers effectively.
  • Prepare necessary materials for meetings, including document assembly, venue reservations, catering orders, and attendee confirmations.
  • Assist in processing expense reports for Senior Brokers and other team members.
  • Support brokers with state real estate licensing renewals and continuing education requirements.
  • Generate monthly reports for both internal and external stakeholders, tailored to specific business areas.
  • Conduct property research and manage listings on various platforms, including the company website.
  • Schedule property e-blasts and update marketing materials such as brochures and flyers.
  • Contribute to the marketing efforts for available listings to generate interest and awareness.
  • Take on additional tasks as assigned by the brokerage and marketing teams.
  • Act as the primary contact for the brokerage team.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • 1-4 years of relevant experience; experience in commercial real estate is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM/Database Management, and Adobe Acrobat, along with social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop for creating marketing materials is a plus.
