Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of related work experience, or a graduate degree and at least 7 years of relevant work experience
  • FINRA Series 79 license required
  • Significant experience in Merger and Acquisition professional services, specifically with bank clients
  • Excellent business development and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work directly with clients and FIG Banking Professionals to manage client deliverables
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity
  • Valid Driver's License
