Position Overview

The Concessions Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the operations of concessions within a designated area. This position is essential for ensuring the effective management and seamless execution of events at Canvas Stadium. The Concessions Supervisor is expected to deliver exceptional event oversight, demonstrate technical expertise, and provide operational and personnel support to guarantee the efficient functioning of all assigned events. Consistent attendance and flexibility to work extended hours as required are essential attributes for this role. Our culture is built on teamwork, passion, integrity, diversity, and excellence, and this is a part-time position.

The hourly compensation for this role ranges from $17.50 to $18.50, in addition to tips.

Benefits for Part-Time Roles:

Employees in part-time, seasonal, and internship positions are eligible for a 401(k) savings plan with matching contributions. Additionally, they accrue one hour of paid leave for every 30 hours worked, up to a maximum of 48 hours per year.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Concessions Operations Manager and Concessions Manager in event preparations.
  • Execute opening and closing procedures for events.
  • Supervise the team comprising Concession Stand Leads, Warehouse staff, Cashiers, and Non-Profits, addressing performance issues in accordance with company policies.
  • Oversee warehouse operations, manage warehouse personnel, and facilitate inventory transport as necessary.
  • Ensure a high level of operational oversight and expertise for the smooth and profitable execution of events.
  • Be prepared to fill any open position to maintain operational standards and meet guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all concession locations, including their geographical positions, equipment, evacuation protocols, and access points.
  • Provide guidance and oversight to Concession Stand Managers, Warehouse staff, Cashiers, and Non-Profits.
  • Ensure compliance with all OVG Hospitality and Colorado State University policies, including those related to alcohol service, food safety, and general safety regulations. Report any compliance issues to the Concessions Manager promptly.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to maintaining excellent attendance.
