Create an exceptional customer experience through outstanding service and a safe, clean environment. Achieve sales and profit goals, monitor quality assurance standards, and direct department functions. Support the Deli Manager in kiosk operations and embody the Customer 1st strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Promote trust and respect among associates
- Communicate company, department, and job-specific information
- Collaborate with associates to achieve company goals
- Establish performance goals and empower associates to meet targets
- Develop adequate scheduling to manage customer volume
- Train and develop associates on job performance and participate in performance appraisals
- Adhere to local, state, and federal laws and company guidelines
- Create a welcoming environment for customers
- Offer product samples and demonstrations
- Provide quality beverages consistently
- Create and prepare drinks to meet company standards
- Display a positive attitude
- Develop and implement a department business plan
- Create and execute sales promotions
- Inform and educate associates about promotions
- Implement the period promotional plan
- Monitor and control expenses
- Maintain awareness of inventory conditions
- Schedule daily, weekly, and monthly price changes
- Assist in planning and supervising the inventory process
- Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines
- Reinforce safety programs and identify unsafe conditions
- Notify management of customer or employee accidents
- Report safety risks and issues
- High school education or equivalent
- Effective communication skills
- Knowledge of basic math
- Ability to handle stressful situations
- Current food handlers permit
