Position Summary:

At Cret LLC - Series 2012-2, our Client Experience team is vital to our operational success and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities of the Client Experience Team:

Safety Coordinator:

  • Oversee and manage traffic flow to guarantee safety for both clients and staff.
  • Assist clients with parking and navigating the premises.
  • Maintain a secure environment by enforcing safety regulations.

Customer Liaison:

  • Act as the initial point of contact for clients, ensuring a welcoming first impression.
  • Efficiently check-in clients and address any inquiries they may have.
  • Facilitate the transition from check-in to order fulfillment.

Order Fulfillment:

  • Assist clients in receiving their orders by gathering and delivering items to their vehicles.
  • Ensure orders are accurate and delivered promptly.

Returns Specialist:

  • Manage client returns, ensuring items are prepared for resale or appropriately sorted.
  • Process same-day refunds and resolve any return-related concerns.
  • Identify and separate items that cannot be resold from those that can be relisted.
