**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Digital FCU. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, identifying their financial needs, and offering tailored solutions to meet their goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Build strong relationships with members to understand their financial needs and goals
  • Offer personalized financial solutions and products to meet members' needs
  • Process transactions, open new accounts, and assist with end-of-day balancing
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve member inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with the branch team to achieve sales goals and improve member satisfaction

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
