Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to professional and support staff to ensure quality services and operations.
  • Oversee financial performance, review financial statements, and ensure compliance with billing and documentation requirements.
  • Implement area growth strategies to increase census, maximize utilization, and occupancy percentages.
  • Maintain and foster relationships with case managers, referral agents, local legislators, and government officials.
  • Implement area strategies to maintain and foster relationships with individuals served, mentors, families, and guardians.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and three to six years of related experience with significant management experience in the human services industry.
  • Master's degree in Human Services or other education and experience as required by state.
  • Licensure as required by state.
  • Strong leadership qualities, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills to manage relationships.
