Job Summary:

As a skilled Physical Therapist, you will be part of our dynamic team at the University of Vermont Medical Center, providing hands-on, one-to-one clinical care to patients of all ages. Our focus is on advancing healing, minimizing disability, and enhancing quality of life.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans tailored to their functional limitations.
Apply therapeutic techniques to address patient treatment needs with skill and precision.
Develop trusted relationships with referring providers, contributing to marketing and community outreach efforts.
Ensure well-run clinical operations by completing necessary documentation and billing in a quality manner.
Manage caseload effectively and demonstrate flexibility to accommodate patient care needs.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Licensed or eligible to be licensed to practice physical therapy in the State of Vermont.
3-5 years of experience ideal, with a focus on orthopedic clinical experience and a preference for experience in treating patients with total joint replacements.
