About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Health Physical Therapist to join our team at AccentCare. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work directly with patients in their homes, developing personalized treatment plans to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Conducting thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
  • Providing ongoing support and education to patients and their families
Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in physical therapy from an accredited program
  • Licensed to practice as a physical therapist in the state where you will be working
  • At least nine months of experience as a physical therapist
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $105,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:
