Position Summary
The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for our valued members, addressing inquiries regarding their memberships, facilitating reservations at our diverse camping resorts, and assisting in trip planning through our affiliate programs. This is a full-time role with immediate openings.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and provide assistance with reservations and membership-related questions.
- Document all member interactions in our software system to ensure accurate records.
- Participate in membership events at our resorts during the summer season, engaging with members directly.
