About the Role:

The E-Commerce Sales Associate plays a vital role in guiding customers through their vehicle purchase journey, providing an exceptional customer experience in a no-haggle sales environment. This includes responding to leads, answering questions, and helping customers navigate from online or phone contact to an in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to customers via phone, email, and online chat.
  • Help customers select their perfect vehicle, negotiate terms, and close the deal.
  • Drive customer satisfaction by following up to ensure satisfaction and helping transition customers to the Service department.
  • Work collaboratively with the Sales and Service teams to achieve sales goals and provide an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
  • Prior sales experience, retail preferred.
  • Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • The willingness to follow up with customers.
  • Experience and desire to work with technology.
  • Valid in-state driver's license and an acceptable, safe driving record.
