Cashier/Sales Associate

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for every customer.
  • Manage cash register transactions efficiently and accurately, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues.
  • Keep the sales floor stocked, clean, and organized, maintaining a high level of visual merchandising and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Upsell and suggest products to customers, enhancing their shopping experience and contributing to sales goals.
  • Champion our brand by promoting our loyalty rewards program and highlighting exclusive benefits and personalized offers.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations, always ready to lend a hand wherever needed.
Requirements:
  • Age 21 or older.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays.
  • Effective communication and math skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
