Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive organizational growth, improve efficiency, and enhance reputation.
  • Lead and manage the executive leadership team, ensuring effective collaboration and communication across departments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, community leaders, and funders.
  • Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to drive organizational excellence.
  • Lead and participate in external collaborations and partnerships to advance the organization's mission and goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as a CEO, Executive Director, or industry leader in a nonprofit, foundation, government, or industry enterprise.
  • Proven track record of strategic leadership, financial management, and organizational development.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to think critically, solve complex problems, and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
