Fleet Operations Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Fleet Team in Vernon, CA. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, including maintaining accurate records, processing invoices, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the success of our Fleet Department by providing exceptional support to our facility personnel and ensuring that our operations run smoothly. If you are a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills and experience in administrative or clerical work, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining accurate fleet maintenance records and processing daily invoices
- Ensuring regulatory compliance of the OnTrac Fleet Department
- Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
