Home Health Clinical Supervisor RN Opportunity

Interim HealthCare is seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Supervisor RN to lead our home health team in Pueblo, CO. As a Clinical Supervisor RN, you will be responsible for overseeing the care of patients in their homes, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support a team of home health clinicians to deliver safe and effective care.
  • Conduct ongoing assessments of patients to identify their needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and coordination.
  • Provide education and training to patients and caregivers to promote health and wellness.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program and active RN license in Colorado.
  • Minimum of three years of nursing experience in home healthcare, with two years of management experience preferred.
  • CPR Certification and knowledge of state and federal home health regulations.
  • Clinical proficiency in nursing specialty, strong communication skills, and compassion.
