Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support a team of home healthcare clinicians to deliver safe, effective, and efficient care to patients.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, rules, and regulations governing home healthcare.
- Develop and implement education programs for patients, families, and caregivers to promote patient progress and goal achievement.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program and active RN license in Colorado.
