Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support a team of home healthcare clinicians to deliver safe, effective, and efficient care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Provide education and training to patients, families, and caregivers to promote patient progress and independence.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program and active RN license in Colorado.
  • Minimum of three years of nursing experience in home healthcare, with two years of management experience preferred.
  • CPR certification and knowledge of state and federal home health regulations.
  • Clinical proficiency in nursing specialty, strong communication skills, and compassion.

  • Competitive salary range of $80,000 - $90,000 annually.
