As a Clinical Supervisor RN at Interim HealthCare, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of healthcare professionals in providing high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes. With a focus on compliance and patient satisfaction, you will be the driving force behind our home health clinical team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor a team of RNs and LPNs to ensure they meet and exceed standards for safe, effective, and efficient clinical practice.
  • Conduct ongoing interdisciplinary assessments of patients to ensure their needs are met and goals are achieved.
  • Develop and implement education plans for patients and their families to promote patient progress and independence.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program and active RN license in Colorado.
  • Minimum of three years of nursing experience in home healthcare, with a focus on leadership and management.
  • Two years of management experience preferred.
  • CPR Certification required.
  • Knowledge of state and federal home health regulations.
