At Tenacious Staffing, we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Risk Consultant to join our team. As a Sales & Risk Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, conducting risk assessments, and providing expert advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments of clients' portfolios to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks and maximize opportunities.
  • Provide expert advice to clients on insurance products and services, including product and service requirements.
  • Negotiate with insurance carriers to secure comprehensive coverage options for clients.
  • Generate referrals from clients and prospects.
  • Meet new business development goals and forecasting.
  • Operational Excellence: Work with practice specialists to best manage clients' risk exposure.
  • Collaborate with Business Development Executives and Client Advisors to grow and expand referral sources.
  • Continuously enhance skills and related performance through Sales Training.
  • Complete funnel and other internal information tracking reports as required.
  • Ensure accurate and timely entry and maintenance of all account information.
  • Comply with all regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
  • Review and interpret carrier contract language to deliver optimal client coverage recommendations.
Requirements:
  • At least four years of directly related business development/client service experience.
  • Successful Sales and Risk Consultant experience with high net worth clients essential.
  • P&C licensed and personal lines insurance experience necessary.
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
  • Some travel required.
Compensation:

Salary: $91,000 - $110,000

Bonus: based on performance
