**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and career-oriented professional to join our team at Brian Martin - State Farm Agent. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in building and developing customer relationships within the community to promote our insurance products, including auto, home, and life insurance.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized solutions.
  • Collaborate with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services to meet customer objectives.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing roles
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas
  • Enthusiasm for the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage risks, recover from unexpected events, and achieve their goals
  • Self-motivation and attention to detail
  • Ability to make presentations to potential customers
  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
  • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
