Job Description

The Customer Service Associate position plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales representatives, builders, and subcontractors, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Utilize Salesforce to create and manage service work orders, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
  • Enter customer orders and quotes into designated systems, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear and concise information regarding scheduled completion dates and service appointments.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and team collaboration.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education and/or business certifications preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office software programs.
  • Previous account relationship experience and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
