Job Title: Automotive Sales Technologist

Join Hanania Auto Group as an Automotive Sales Technologist and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive product information and superior customer service throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to customers throughout the sales process.
  • Offer comprehensive product information and features to customers.
  • Support sales consultants with customer inquiries and product information.
  • Locate and collect technical information to share with the team.
  • Meet and greet customers, and engage them in effective interactions.
  • Explain vehicle features, applications, and benefits to customers.
  • Follow up with customers after sales and deliveries to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase visibility and engagement.
  • Moderate social media content and plan store events.
  • Acquire and maintain knowledge on all vehicles and technology.
  • Achieve customer satisfaction targets as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Basic MS Office knowledge and proficiency in computer software, social media, and internet use.
  • Enthusiasm for the automotive industry and a focus on superior customer service.
  • Strong communication skills and work ethic.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong background in internet and phone sales.
  • Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
  • Ability to bend, stretch, kneel, and squat.
  • Prolonged periods of walking on a level surface throughout the dealership.
