Job Overview

We are currently seeking three experienced Business Systems Analysts with a focus on the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors. The positions are critical for supporting strategic initiatives within the Research and Development division of our clients in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries.

Compensation: $50/hr on a W2 basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and enhance business processes and systems.
  • Provide on-site analytical support for scientific teams.
  • Analyze industry trends to pinpoint opportunities for improvement.
  • Formulate recommendations and develop future state strategies.
  • Conduct gap analyses and define future state process workflows and data models.
  • Generate and present necessary documentation and reports to stakeholders.
Essential Skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in business analysis techniques.
  • Experience in requirements gathering and use case development.
  • Strong technical writing skills.
  • Data analysis and process modeling expertise.
  • Familiarity with cost/benefit analysis and project management methodologies.
  • Vendor management and risk assessment capabilities.
  • Technical proficiency in ELN/LIMS systems.
  • Basic understanding of databases and lab instruments.
  • Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and ITIL concepts.
  • Able to facilitate Scrum ceremonies and manage project priorities effectively.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field.
  • Strong foundation in biology and chemistry, with relevant laboratory experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a business systems consultant or analyst, ideally within the pharmaceutical life sciences domain.
  • Comprehensive understanding of pharmaceutical research and drug development processes.
