**Job Summary**

We are seeking a Senior to join our team in Braintree, Boston, or Woburn, MA office. The group provides assurance to privately held small-to-medium sized companies who desire one point of contact for their business needs. This is an exciting opportunity which affords the candidate the ability to work directly with business owners and their immediate families to provide consultative planning advice while being part of a growing firm. This position will afford the candidate a permanent hybrid work schedule.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Inspire, develop, mentor, and retain staff while providing challenging assignments
  • Review the preparation of compilation and review level financial statements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with our tax, assurance, and accounting, and advisory groups to identify opportunities to fully service the client and their families
  • Remain current on technical and industry developments and standards, while evaluating the potential impact on clients' business and financial position
  • Participate in client proposals and identify new business development opportunities
  • Lead the engagement team staff on the planning and execution of an audit, review, or compilation engagement to effectively and efficiently provide world-class client service to clients
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the audit engagement from staffing, planning, risk assessment, fieldwork, financial reporting, and the conclusion

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting or a business-related field of study
  • CPA designation or plans to sit for the CPA exam
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a CPA firm doing external audits and general accounting
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, project management, and technical skills
  • Exceptional client service and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing projects in a rapidly growing, fast-paced, interactive, results-based team environment
  • Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills, coupled with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills to represent the Firm well to clients' management
