Key Responsibilities
  • Support the CFO in monthly and quarterly responsibilities with portfolio companies
  • Create travel invoices to portfolio companies as needed
  • Prepare and maintain the firm's marketing deck

Administrative Duties

Requirements
  • US Citizen or Greencard holder
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience as a finance analyst or in business management
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance
  • Knowledge of an expense processing system such as Expensify or Concur
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Interest in the biotech and life sciences industry
