Key Responsibilities:

  • Exhibit advanced knowledge in Information Systems.
  • Remain aligned with client requirements and strategies; employing both formal and informal communication methods (such as emails, newsletters, presentations, and updates) to relay findings and updates; and leading project meetings and presentations for diverse audiences (including senior management, clients, and technical personnel).
  • Analyze and facilitate modifications in process design by performing comprehensive business and systems analysis; emphasizing quality enhancement and data governance; ensuring data integrity and accuracy; proposing process enhancements or reengineering and suggesting eliminations; integrating new systems and processes with existing frameworks.
  • Recognize and document improvement opportunities (both proactive and reactive).
  • Gather and accurately document business and systems requirements.
  • Evaluate inefficiencies in business processes and systems.
  • Display proficiency in business processes and process differentiation.
  • Develop and maintain logs of issues, minutes from meetings, schedules, project summaries, and updates.
  • Assist in system conversions, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Identify avenues for enhancing business processes through information systems.
  • Organize and conduct walkthroughs with Business Units and Technical teams to ensure a shared understanding of requirements and secure approvals.
  • Act as a liaison between Business Users and Technical teams during analysis and design phases.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing large-scale projects.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies is essential.
  • Background in Wealth Management / Investment Management (covering Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office operations).
  • Understanding and exposure to Financial Data (specifically Balances, Positions, Activities, Performance, Gains, and Losses).
  • Experience in data analysis.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel.
  • A well-organized individual capable of documenting, tracking, and managing Functional, Technical, and Data requirements with minimal supervision.
