We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive the culture and performance of our Bickford Branch. As our Executive Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations, interacting with staff and residents, and building strong relationships with our management team.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and direct Branch staff to ensure optimal operations and resident care.
- Attract, retain, and develop top talent within the Branch, ensuring compliance with local and state regulations.
- Recruit and hire high-quality staff, providing training and development opportunities to meet resident needs.
- Maintain positive resident relations and be accessible to residents and their families.
- Drive sales in collaboration with the Branch Sales Leader to meet occupancy and net operating income targets.
- Ensure buildings, grounds, and property are well-maintained in partnership with Divisional operations support and the corporate office.
- High-school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in a related healthcare field preferred.
- Necessary licensure to operate an Assisted Living Facility as outlined by local state regulations.
- Experience managing business operations, with senior housing operations experience preferred.
- Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office, and ability to learn new applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- A valid driver's license and a driving record consistent with Bickford's insurance carrier guidelines.
