Lead Supervisor

As a Lead Supervisor, you will play a critical role in overseeing the performance of our team members and ensuring the delivery of high-quality results. This position requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to motivate and guide a team towards a common objective.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct regular inspections of posts and PSOs to ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
- Guide and motivate a team of employees to achieve their goals and objectives.
- Report any unusual incidents or concerns to the PM/DPM.
- Meet with supervisors regularly to discuss team performance and address any issues.
- Provide constructive feedback to employees to help them improve their performance.
- Investigate any improper behavior and report to the DMP.
- Deliver uniform orders, post supplies, and company documents to the team.
- Manage post books, including memos, duty books, and company folders.
- Collect end-of-month paperwork from all posts.
- Fulfill open shifts during on-call weekends.
- Assist with new hire training as needed.
- Fulfill call-offs and shifts as needed.
- Order and maintain uniforms.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the DPM or Program Manager.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must have a Social Security Card issued by the Social Security Administration.
- Must have a minimum of two years of security (armed) or one year of law enforcement experience.
- Must possess firearms training, firearms qualifications, and company certifications.
- Must have no disciplinary actions in the last 12 months.
- Must be able to speak, read, comprehend, and compose written reports in English.
- Must be physically capable of standing for 12 hours.
- Must have a high school education or GED equivalent.
- Must be able to pass a background investigation.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical exam.
- Must be able to pass MRPT suitability requirements.
- Must demonstrate proficiency with a handgun.

Work is typically in a busy office environment and subject to frequent interruptions with long periods of sitting, standing, or walking. Extended hours to include nights, weekends, and holidays may be required. May be subject to outdoor conditions, including extreme temperatures and weather. Subject to high noise levels, including gun fire, hazards, and physical conditions.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Heavy work: Exerting up to 125 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Must have visual and audio acuity to heavy equipment, machines, firearms, and clearing barrels. May be required to be fitted for and/or wear a respirator. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, often without breaks, and may be required to climb stairs or ladders and walk-up inclines and on uneven terrain. Must meet all physical and psychological standards as required by the contract. Must be physically capable of standing a 12-hour post. Travel may be required.
