Unlock Your Potential as a Sales Enablement Specialist

We are seeking a talented Sales Enablement Specialist to support our Sales team at Cummins Inc. in Shoreview, MN.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate vendor translations of existing and new training content.
  • Work with the Content Library Committee to ensure training modules are correctly uploaded.
  • Support independent distributors with access to modules on the Content Library.
  • Administer content on the Connect site for the Customer Support Unit.
  • Compile and summarize data from training evaluations and surveys.
  • Create Purchase Orders for the Enablement team.
  • Perform basic updates to e-learning modules.
  • Collaborate with a Sales Training Developer to format and enter content into eLearning programs.

Requirements:

  • Optimize work processes to achieve continuous improvement.
  • Manage projects effectively, balancing scope, schedule, and resources.
  • Adapt complex information to suit the target audience.
  • Integrate customer perspectives to develop sales content that meets their needs.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of college education or equivalent industry experience.
  • Licensing for export controls or sanctions regulations may be required.
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail skills.
  • Experience in sales organizations and project coordination is preferred.
  • Spanish language skills are advantageous.

Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate's qualifications and experience.
