About the Role

Cummins Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales organization by coordinating vendor translations of existing and new training, working with our Content Library and Collaboration (CLC) team to ensure training modules are correctly uploaded, and supporting independent distributors with access to modules on CLC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate vendor translations of existing and new training content.
  • Work with the CLC team to ensure training modules are correctly uploaded and accessible to sales professionals.
  • Support independent distributors with access to training modules on CLC.
  • Administer content on the Cummins Connect site for the Customer Support Unit (CSU).
  • Tabulate and compile/summarize data from training evaluations and other surveys.
  • Create purchase orders for the Enablement team.
  • Perform basic updates to e-learning modules.
  • Collaborate with a Sales Training Developer to format and enter content into e-learning programs.

Requirements

  • Optimize work processes to ensure efficient and effective results.
  • Manage projects to ensure scope, schedule, and resources are balanced.
  • Adapt communication to meet the needs of various target audiences.
  • Integrate customer perspectives to develop sales content that meets customer needs and increases revenue.

Qualifications

  • 2 or more years of college or university education or equivalent industry experience required.
  • Licensing for export controls or sanctions regulations may be required.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and succinctly, with attention to detail.
  • Experience in a sales organization is preferred.
  • Experience coordinating multiple projects and/or client needs is preferred.
  • Spanish language skills are advantageous.
