We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Chiropractic Medical Office Assistant to join our team at Back In Motion Family Chiropractic. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing routine administrative and clinical tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in healthcare, familiarity with medical billing procedures, and strong organizational skills. They will also be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication skills. The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle administrative duties in a timely manner, including scheduling and managing patient treatment plans.
  • Perform routine clinical tasks to support the chiropractic team, such as communicating with insurance companies and collecting patient data.
  • Communicate effectively with patients via email, text, and phone, ensuring seamless communication throughout the care process.
  • Assist with marketing efforts, including internal promotions and outreach programs.
  • Support the chiropractic assistant in maintaining accurate electronic health records and completing daily reporting tasks.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in healthcare or a related field.
  • Familiarity with medical billing procedures and ability to navigate complex insurance systems.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and external partners.
