We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Office Assistant to join our team as a Clinical Support Specialist at KA Recruiting Inc. in Raleigh and Durham offices.

About the Role

As a Clinical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing accurate and efficient support to our healthcare team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. Your role will involve:

  • Accurately rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, and documenting medical histories.
  • Assisting with phone duties, including prescription refills, records, and reports.
  • Maintaining effective communication between healthcare providers, nurses, and patients.
  • Preparing patients for examinations, assisting providers during exams, and collecting laboratory specimens.

You will work closely with our nursing team to ensure seamless patient care, utilizing your excellent communication and organizational skills to maintain a smooth workflow.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Excellent knowledge of computer systems and medical software.
  • Current certification or registry in Medical Assisting (CMA or RMA).
  • Sensitivity to patient problems and concerns.
  • Current BLS certification.

In exchange for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits, including health insurance, dental insurance, flexible spending account, life insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance.
