Position Summary: The Logistics Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing and improving our transportation services for educational institutions and Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT). Key Responsibilities
  1. Driver Management and Training:
    • Lead a team of drivers, offering direction, support, and mentorship.
    • Facilitate monthly meetings and training sessions to ensure adherence to safety regulations and best practices.
    • Evaluate driver performance and provide constructive feedback.
    • Organize and assign schedules for the transportation team.
    • Conduct on-site evaluations of drivers and vehicles to ensure compliance with company protocols.
    • Address complaints and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
    • Provide coverage for routes as necessary.
  2. Route Development and Efficiency:
    • Create and maintain effective transportation routes and schedules for school and NEMT services.
    • Continuously refine routes to reduce travel time, fuel consumption, and enhance punctuality.
    • Modify routes as necessary to respond to changes in demand or traffic conditions.
    • Act as a liaison to ensure satisfactory service delivery.

Qualifications
