  • Familiarize yourself with the proper use of laundry equipment and chemicals, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Follow established protocols for handling contaminated linen, adhering to OSHA guidelines for bio-hazard linen and bloodborne pathogens.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must pass a background check.
  • Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including holidays and weekends.
  • Must present a well-groomed appearance and maintain a professional demeanor.

Work Environment Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, walk, lift at least 50 pounds, carry, push/pull, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach.
  • Manual dexterity to handle linen and garments.
  • Ability to differentiate variations in color.
  • Must be able to read, speak, write, and understand English.
  • Must be able to stand for eight hours.
