We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead our Worldwide Specialist Organization (WWSO) Enterprise Applications, Migration & Modernization team as WW GTM Leader for Infrastructure Migration & Modernization. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting customers on their journey to the cloud.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate closely with migration service teams, business development teams, the AWS field teams, partners, AWS professional services, and other stakeholders to build, operate, and scale Go To Market initiatives focused on infrastructure migration.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to migrate, optimize, and modernize workloads to AWS, improving agility, reducing cost, and complexity for our customers.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for cloud migration, and develop and implement effective solutions to meet customer needs.
The Worldwide Specialist Organization (WWSO) is part of AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS), which drives revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest-growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers, including public sector. Our team works backwards from our customers' most complex and business-critical problems to build and execute go-to-market plans that turn AWS ideas into multi-billion-dollar businesses.
Requirements- 10+ years of experience building and leading large teams and working in matrixed operating structures.
- Experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders, C-level executives, and cross-functional teams.
- Experience in strategic thinking about business, enterprise software products, and new technology platforms and architectures.
- 10+ years of managing and developing high-performance teams.
