Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and energetic Customer Service Representative to join our Tim Hortons team in Williamsville, NY. As a key member of our morning shift team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing warm greetings and interacting with customers throughout their visit. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential in meeting the demands of our busy morning shifts. Additionally, you will be responsible for processing food orders, cleaning public spaces, and preparing food and beverage orders to ensure a clean and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
