About the Role:
  • Provide pre and post-sale technical support for Philips patient monitoring solutions in the routing and switching domain.
  • Implement patient monitoring solutions and collaborate with customer IT specialists to complete configurations, enhancements, and knowledge transfer.
  • Deliver consultative services and act as a subject matter expert during implementation or troubleshooting events.
  • Effectively collaborate with sales and service partners, as well as customers, for integration into their IT environment.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in computer networking in healthcare, IT technologies, or electronics industries.
  • Hospital patient monitoring experience is highly preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of information system technologies, with Microsoft or Cisco certifications.
  • HL7 and electronic medical record (EMR) knowledge highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, electronics, network administration, or other related disciplines.
  • Current and valid Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification is required.
