About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Hygienist to join our team at Atlas Technical Consultants. As an Industrial Hygienist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and safety of our clients and their employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct complex building science and industrial hygiene safety assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
  • Perform field assessments, collect environmental and personal samples, and analyze data to determine if additional sampling is required.
  • Develop and implement strategies to control and minimize workplace hazards, including administrative controls and personal protective equipment requirements.
  • Collaborate with senior project managers, staff, clients, and contractors to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory knowledge and industry trends to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of technically sound consulting experience conducting and managing industrial hygiene and building science projects.
  • Asbestos/Lead/Mold Surveys, Exposure Monitoring Experience, Noise Monitoring Experience.
  • Ability to climb stairs/ladders and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally up to 50%.
  • Proficient in project management and personnel management.
  • Strong technical writing skills and knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations applicable to mold, asbestos, lead, indoor air quality, and/or industrial hygiene services.
