Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Analyst to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring and tracking the performance of digital media campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, and presenting actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and track the performance of digital media campaigns, including paid and organic media, email, and web.
  • Analyze campaign performance and present actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Create dashboards and automated reports to monitor and communicate campaign and website performance in real-time.
  • Utilize Google Analytics and other relevant tools to collect and analyze data related to website traffic, user engagement, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators.
  • Monitor and optimize on-page SEO (title tags, meta tags, images, and text attributes), and develop strategies to improve site score, rankings, links, and web traffic.
  • Conduct in-depth market research, including identifying industry trends and competitive landscapes, analyze data, and provide valuable insights to drive strategic digital marketing initiatives.
  • Perform all other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in the following marketing technologies preferred:
    • Ad Platforms: Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter
    • Analytics & Reporting: Google Analytics
    • Communication: Google Workspace, MailChimp, Asana, Zoom
    • SEO: Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs
    • Website & Design: WordPress, Google Tag Manager
  • Minimum Education and Experience Required:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • 1-2 years of prior work experience with similar responsibilities.
    • Experience working within the educational or healthcare industry preferred.
