Key Responsibilities:

3. Develop and sustain relevant models and tools to forecast and monitor market influencers such as infrastructure, shipping trends, and supply-demand metrics to enhance trading strategies.
4. Present data-driven insights and conclusions derived from research and modeling to the trading team and other analysts, aiding in the formulation of a cohesive market outlook.
5. Collaborate with various trading teams and analysts across the organization to exchange information, cultivate short-term market perspectives, and identify additional opportunities for growth.
6. Build a network of industry contacts to enrich market intelligence and leverage these resources to refine analyses and generate actionable insights.
7. Engage in or lead commercial projects as necessary.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.

- Proficient in analyzing commodity market fundamentals, particularly in LNG, gas, or power sectors.
- Strong analytical and modeling skills, with a proven ability to manipulate data sets and utilize economic models to assess sensitivities and identify critical value drivers.
- Highly skilled in analytical tools such as Excel and Power BI.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of distilling complex analyses into clear narratives that inform market actions.
- Proven teamwork capabilities, functioning effectively in cross-functional teams and as an independent contributor.
- Solid understanding of commercial practices and market operations, with a demonstrated ability to apply decision analysis tools to evaluate various solution options.
- Ability to thrive in a diverse, high-pressure environment with tight deadlines.
