Please be aware that salary ranges are determined based on levels of relevant experience, education, and certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure the safety and integrity of products and samples during processing, storage, and shipment release in accordance with company procedures.
  2. Perform plasma and sample processing following current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), customer specifications, and applicable regulations.
  3. Demonstrate knowledge and execution of sample centrifugation, label control, and documentation inspection.
  4. Classify and document products according to donor programs.
  5. Support the casing, staging, quarantine, and quality assurance release of all products.
  6. Conduct quality control checks on various laboratory equipment as assigned.
  7. Manage product packing and inventory within storage units for optimal efficiency.
  8. Prepare and verify product shipments.
  9. Receive, inventory, and maintain the storage area for incoming supplies.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Willingness to work flexible and/or extended shifts.
  3. Occupational exposure to blood-borne pathogens.
  4. Basic knowledge of computer systems and software.
  5. Proven accuracy in completing documentation.

Physical Requirements:

  1. Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and work flexible schedules.
  2. Ability to enter a cold environment for short durations.
  3. Capability to lift and pull up to fifty (50) pounds.
  4. Ability to bend, stoop, or kneel as required.
  5. Cold tolerance in storage environments and adaptability to temperature variations.
  6. Regularly required to stand and use hands to handle objects or controls.
